1·A cheque is null and void if any one of the particulars mentioned in the preceding paragraph is not specified thereon.
支票上未记载前款规定事项之一的，支票无效。
2·These particulars shall be mentioned in the publications issued by the competent authority, and in particular in the patents and the specifications relating thereto.

3·Particulars and results of the test carried out by the manufacturers must be shown in a statement to be attached to the above mentioned Quality Certificate.

4·The Client confirms that the particulars above mentioned are true and correct.
